The website

Fit for All of It provides general fitness education. The site is a free training week delivered by email and the pre-order for The Switch, the twelve-week plan.

Everything published here is general fitness information. It does not measure your capability, provide medical clearance, diagnose or treat an injury, prescribe rehabilitation or nutrition, or replace advice from a professional who knows your circumstances.

The free training week

The free training week is a sample of McKinley’s programming, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced versions. It is not a personal assessment. Signup requests one welcome email and seven daily emails, including rest days. Day 1 is scheduled for 4:30 a.m. on the next calendar day in the time zone recorded at signup. Inbox arrival may be later because of email-provider processing or filtering.

The week costs nothing and asks for no payment details. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the remaining emails in the week. There is no promise of a particular training outcome.

The Switch

The Switch is a twelve-week training plan. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and nothing recurring is set up by buying it. The price and any taxes are the ones shown at checkout. Checkout runs through Stripe.

It is sold as a pre-order while it is being written. No delivery date is stated: the plan opens when it is finished, and pre-orders receive it first. A pre-order is refundable in full on request at any time until the plan is delivered. After delivery, write to the support address on the privacy page within fourteen days if the plan is not what this page described.

The purchase gives access to the web version of the plan and to a printable PDF, for as long as this site runs them. That is not a promise that either stays available permanently.

Using the information

A description of a routine is not a judgment that a training change is appropriate for you. Where a personal health concern affects your choices, discuss it with a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Before purchasing

The pre-order is the only payment this site takes. Card details are entered with Stripe and never reach this site. The business identity, contact details, jurisdiction, and complete customer policies are being published alongside the program as it opens.
