Educational scope
Fit for All of It provides general fitness education for adults who exercise independently. The plan finder matches self-reported behavior to a deterministic starting profile. It is not medical clearance, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency monitoring, or individualized professional care.
Who should not use an automated progression
Do not rely on this tool to increase running or vigorous exercise when you have concerning symptoms, movement-altering pain, a clinician restriction, pregnancy/postpartum-specific return needs, or are returning after surgery or serious illness. Speak with an appropriate qualified professional who knows your situation.
When to stop
Stop exercising and seek urgent or emergency help for severe or sudden symptoms, chest pain or pressure, fainting, severe breathing difficulty, confusion, sudden neurological symptoms, or anything you believe may be an emergency. Pause the plan and obtain appropriate assessment for worsening localized pain, swelling, altered gait or lifting mechanics, repeated dizziness, or symptoms that persist or recur.
Your responsibility
Use honest inputs, stay within prescribed effort, choose the easier option when uncertain, and never make up missed volume by cramming it into the next day. Exercise carries inherent risk. Outcomes vary, and no particular performance, injury, body-composition, or strength result is guaranteed.
