What stays in your browser
Your quick-fit and recovery selections are used only to calculate your result in the browser; they are not sent or saved. Before you unlock a guide, first-party measurement records only generic funnel events, source attribution, and a device-local anonymous identifier—not your profile or answers. Do Not Track disables those client event submissions. Do not enter diagnoses, medication information, injury narratives, pregnancy details, or other health records.
What happens when you unlock a guide
We send your non-medical training and schedule inputs to the server so it can independently create the issued guide. Those raw inputs are not persisted. We save your email address, optional first name, exact consent choices, coarse profile and track, the issued guide and day layout, source and campaign attribution, and an opaque link token stored only as a cryptographic hash. Guide links expire after 90 days. If you use the checklist or answer the next-step question, we also save that activity.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide and preserve your guide, measure whether the free product helps people act, learn which problem should be solved next, improve the training rules, and—only when you separately opt in—send training notes and occasional product updates.
Providers and sharing
The site and structured records are hosted with OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Kit integration is prepared but not active during this private preview; once connected, Kit will receive only the email and optional first name of people who separately consent to marketing. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention and control
Consent records and active subscriber records are kept while needed to document and honor the relationship. Funnel event data is intended to be reviewed and removed on a 14-month cycle; starter-plan and progress records on a 24-month cycle, unless needed longer to provide the requested resource or handle a legal obligation. Before public launch, we will publish the direct privacy-contact address. During this private preview, contact McKinley through the same channel used to share the site to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal.
Email choice
Unlocking the guide and joining ongoing marketing are separate choices. The marketing box starts unchecked. You may use the guide without agreeing to weekly notes or product marketing.
